The coast of Alghero offers several beaches, all beautiful and with shallow and transparent waters.
The BEACH OF BOMBARDE, with crystal clear water and blue-green color and white sand. It is equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas and catering services with a children’s playground about 100 meters from the beach. Also you have the opportunity to rent canoes, windsurfing equipment and sailing boats.

MUGONI BEACH - PORTO CONTE is one of the wildest beaches in the territory of Alghero. Several kilometres long, sheltered from winds and sea-streams, it has behind it a thick pine forest that guarantees tourists a relaxing place for shade. It is a beach equipped with showers and toilets with the possibility to rent sun loungers and umbrellas.

MARIA PIA BEACH separates Alghero from the hamlet of Fertilia. Dotted with sand dunes, it is frequented by families with small children thanks to its seabed that slopes very gently; in fact, in this strip of sand, the sea becomes deep only about five meters from the shore.

The LA SPERANZA BEACH, is characterized by volcanic rock sand with shades of black and silver, and is shallow and sandy with a very transparent sea. Easily reachable thanks to the ample parking, it offers the possibility to rent sun-beds and umbrellas.

The LAZZARETTO BEACH is a wide beach of light sand and a sea with a thousand shades of blue. In addition to the main beach, it has 10 spectacular coves, with no facilities but ideal for enjoying perfect privacy.

The BEACH OF THE LIDO is the real city beach, easily reachable in a few minutes along the new “Rambla Busquets". Beautiful beach of fine white sand and crystal clear waters combined with the shallow water and the many services available make it the most popular beach in the city, both by tourists and locals.

PELOSA BEACH is one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Thin sand and very low seabed with water up to your ankles for tens of meters, turquoise and blue colors of the sea that blend with the sky, suggestive panorama offered by the tower around. To preserve the beach, access to the beach can only be made by reservation and it is forbidden to place towels on the sand without beach mat. .
